We connected with Vicky in December of 2024 to discuss doing a destination wedding. Her knowledge, systems and professionalism from the beginning solidified that she was the right person to help us. We originally committed to a resort in Costa Rica, in the middle of booking our trip the resort sold to another company which in turn the original resort cancelled all reservations from July 2025 til they completed their rebranding. This left us back to the drawing board. Vicky communicated with us and provided so many alternatives and dealt with our many emails about crazy ideas for our travel plans. Ultimately we decided on Jamaica, we locked everything in and spent the remaining 8 months planning the wedding with the resort. The week we were supposed to travel Hurricane Melissa was planned and did hit the island causing mass destruction to the island. Vicky was proactive with her travel rep and she did what we thought would be impossible: Vicky found us a new destination location that had enough room for us and 52 guests on the plane and resort + a wedding date within 48 hours of our original planned trip timeframe. She is the reason we still had our wedding through all the chaos and ups and downs that this year brought all out of our control. We couldn’t recommend her services enough and have already referred friends wanting to plan a destination. Thank you for being our light in a very stressful situation and never giving up on us.

Had an incredible experience with Cassandra planning our destination wedding to Cancun. She helped about 30 guests from Canada with hotel and flight, and 20 others with hotel for our stay (as our family is located all over). Our entire party was about 65 people.
She was extremely attentive, caring and helpful - answering any question she could right away and letting us know when she could answer others she was not sure of.
She worked within our budget to find resorts an opportunity's to ensure many of our guests were able to attend. We stayed at Planet Hollywood Cancun and had a fantastic wedding. It was absolutely stunning and our guests were impressed with with hotel and our event.
I didn't have a single negative conversation with Cassandra, even when our originally chosen resort (Royalton Cancun) emailed out that they were shutting down for renovation and our stay and wedding would be moved. She worked with our anxieties throughout this transition, ensured the pricing was not changed, and made sure to communicate all changes to our guests once we had all the new details. She made a very stressful part of planning much easier and took control of the situation so we did not have to. We had enough on our plates and appreciate her help so much.
We would absolutely recommend placing your vision and needs in Cassandra's hands to help you find the perfect location and get your guests squared away.
